What's your favorite song for Blotto to play live?

Wow Bert, had to agree with you there. As much fun as Metal Head and Goodbye Mr. Bond were live, Driver's Ed takes the prize. I remember the first time I heard it I could barely breathe from laughing. I was in high school at the time and we were seeing driver's ed movies each week.

Drivers was an awesome song live but with the extended endings on metalhead that seemed to get longer and longer everytime they played it.....classic!

Goodbye, Mr. Bond. The dueling guitars and Sarge on percussion. The baby cymbal always makes me crack up!

Q: Favorite Blotto Song? A: The Next One!!!!!
My goodness - how do you pick just one? I guess to avoid the obvious ones I would say Gimme the Girl or Elevator Music

A tough choice.... I'm gonna have to go with My Baby's The Star Of A Drivers Ed Movie, But I also have to say Metal Head is a CLOSE second...

Listening to Blotto (Collected Works) this evening, and would like to change my vote from "Nowtones" to "Metal Head." Hope it's not too late.
I don't recall "Apple's" selection.
God bless Donald Roeser.

Always liked Broadway's rendition of "Take me out to the Ballgame"
He certainly has too much free time on his hands ;D

It's too hard to pick just one,but if I had to it would be Metalhead for it's hilarious multiple endings.

Howdy! My favorite live Blotto is an obscure one that I THINK is called "I Love You Calvin Klein". During the riffing that goes on in the middle of the song Bowtie, Bway and Sarge strike a series of masculine runway model poses (looking at a watch, waving at a friend, reaching into a pocket, etc.) that were hilarious. During a couple of 1981 gigs at Queens College and The Bottom Line in NYC, I shot flash pictures during that part which kind of added a funny sense of reality as they would pose... (flash!), change pose... (flash!), change pose... (flash!) Great shots! I'll post them to Bert Blotto for the Gallery section of the site. BUT WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE SONG? It was never on any original album or compilation. Also, are there any live concert tapes available? Dennis strategery14

My favorite always was their version of "The Munsters" theme song. I asked Broadway once if they would record and release it and he said regretably, no. That ROCKED!
Two of my least favorite songs were "Metalhead" and "Goodbye, Mr. Bond". To me they were too long and drawn out. I would actually start yawning during the middle and couldn't wait for them to finish!
